I can’t remember who said it but I once heard someone say that Christians believe that the world is going to hell in a handbasket but it’s still alright to go bowling on Friday night. His point was that experiencing simple pleasures, even leisure, is [even or maybe especially in a dark world] a gift. Enjoy.
